Photo & Video Release

Buckhead Wine Brats gatherings may include photography, video recording, livestreaming, social media content, promotional content, recap videos, sponsor content, venue content, and other media.

By attending a BWB event, entering a BWB event area, participating in a BWB gathering, or posing for BWB-related photos or videos, you acknowledge and agree to this Photo & Video Release.

Permission to Use Photos and Videos
You grant Buckhead Wine Brats LLC permission to photograph, record, film, publish, display, reproduce, edit, distribute, and use your image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation in BWB-related media.
This may include use in: 

  • Website content 
  • Social media posts 
  • Event recaps 
  • Email marketing 
  • Promotional videos 
  • Sponsor materials 
  • Venue partner materials 
  • Advertising 
  • Membership materials 
  • Press or media coverage 
  • Future city launch materials 

No Additional Compensation
You understand that you will not receive additional compensation, payment, royalties, or approval rights for BWB’s use of event photos or videos unless BWB separately agrees in writing.

Group and Crowd Photography
BWB events often involve group settings. Photos and videos may capture guests in the background, in crowd shots, or during general event activity.

Opt-Out Request
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify BWB before or during the event. BWB will make reasonable efforts to honor requests when practical, but cannot guarantee exclusion from all group, background, or crowd media.

Member and Guest Responsibility
Guests should not photograph, record, or post others in a way that is invasive, disrespectful, misleading, or inconsistent with BWB’s welcoming culture.

Ownership
BWB owns or controls BWB-created event media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
