Event Terms & Guest Conduct

Buckhead Wine Brats events are designed to create welcoming, elevated, low-pressure rooms where people can enjoy better conversations, better connections, and better circles.

By attending a BWB gathering, event, social, dinner, reception, watch party, private gathering, partner event, or related experience, you agree to these Event Terms & Guest Conduct rules.

BWB Culture
BWB is built around friendliness, hospitality, respect, and real-world connection.

Guests and members are expected to help make the room warmer by being: 

  • Friendly 
  • Welcoming 
  • Respectful 
  • Engaging 
  • Inclusive 
  • Responsible 
  • Considerate of others 

No Pressure, No Hard Selling
BWB is not a forced networking group. Guests may not use BWB events for aggressive selling, recruiting, solicitation, spam, multi-level marketing, disruptive promotion, or uncomfortable pressure.
Natural business conversations are welcome. Hard selling is not.

Respectful Social Behavior
All guests must treat others with respect. BWB may remove or refuse entry to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, offensive, harassing, threatening, intoxicated, disrespectful, discriminatory, or inconsistent with BWB’s culture.

Alcohol and Responsible Conduct
BWB events may take place in wine-friendly or alcohol-serving venues. Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption, transportation, safety, and conduct.

BWB does not require guests to drink alcohol. Wine is optional. Connection is the purpose.

Guests must follow all venue rules, local laws, and legal drinking age requirements.

Venue Rules
Guests must respect the venue, staff, property, and other patrons. Venue policies may apply in addition to BWB policies.

BWB may change venues, event formats, room locations, or event details if needed.

Event Admission
BWB reserves the right to approve, deny, cancel, revoke, or limit event attendance or membership access when necessary to protect the guest experience, venue relationship, safety, brand standards, or community culture.

Photos and Videos
BWB events may include photography or video recording. By attending, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be captured and used according to BWB’s Photo & Video Release.

Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. BWB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Health and Safety
Guests should not attend if they are sick, contagious, or unable to participate safely. Guests are responsible for assessing their own health, mobility, transportation, and personal safety.

Removal from Events
BWB may ask a guest to leave an event at any time if BWB determines that the guest’s behavior is inconsistent with these terms, venue rules, or the BWB culture.
