Buckhead Wine Brats gatherings, events, memberships, social experiences, venue partner events, sponsor events, and related activities involve voluntary participation.

By attending a BWB event, purchasing a membership, registering for a gathering, or participating in BWB-related activities, you acknowledge and agree to this Liability Disclaimer.

Voluntary Participation
Participation in BWB events and activities is voluntary. You are responsible for your own decisions, conduct, transportation, health, safety, belongings, and personal interactions.

Assumption of Risk
You understand that attending live social events may involve risks, including but not limited to: 

  • Personal injury 
  • Illness 
  • Slips, trips, or falls 
  • Alcohol-related risks 
  • Transportation risks 
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged property 
  • Interactions with other guests 
  • Venue-related risks 
  • Weather or travel issues 
  • Crowd-related risks 
  • Emotional or personal discomfort 

By participating, you knowingly accept these risks.

Alcohol
BWB does not require alcohol consumption. Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption, transportation, and behavior.

Guests must comply with all laws and venue policies regarding alcohol. BWB encourages responsible drinking and safe transportation.

Venues and Third Parties
BWB events may occur at restaurants, bars, hotels, lounges, private rooms, patios, and other third-party venues.

BWB is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, property conditions, food, beverages, services, staff, security, or operations of third-party venues, vendors, sponsors, guests, or service providers.

Personal Interactions
BWB creates opportunities for social connection but does not control or guarantee the behavior, intentions, background, or actions of members, guests, sponsors, venues, or third parties.

Guests are responsible for exercising their own judgment in personal, romantic, social, professional, or business interactions.

No Professional Advice
BWB events and website content do not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, relationship, safety, or professional advice.

Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release Buckhead Wine Brats LLC, its owners, managers, members, employees, contractors, representatives, ambassadors, sponsors, venue partners, affiliates, and service providers from claims arising out of or related to your participation in BWB events, website use, membership, communications, or related activities.
