Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Buckhead Wine Brats handles membership payments, event payments, cancellations, and refund requests.

Membership Payments
BWB Founding Membership is available at:
$49/month
or
$490/year
First 100 members only.
Monthly memberships may renew monthly until canceled.
Annual memberships may renew annually unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Monthly Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel monthly membership for future billing periods according to the cancellation process provided by BWB or its payment processor.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund prior payments already processed.

Annual Membership Cancellation
Annual membership may be canceled for future renewal, but annual membership payments are generally non-refundable after purchase unless BWB states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a refund.

Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, BWB membership payments, event fees, tickets, deposits, and paid experiences are generally non-refundable.

BWB may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.

Event Changes
BWB may change event details, venues, dates, times, room locations, guest limits, or event formats when necessary.

If BWB cancels an event for which a separate paid event ticket was purchased, BWB may offer a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled event option, depending on the circumstances.

No-Shows
No-shows are generally non-refundable.

Venue, Weather, and Circumstances Outside BWB’s Control
BWB is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by venues, weather, public safety issues, transportation problems, government actions, acts of God, emergencies, or other circumstances outside BWB’s reasonable control.
